Reservations and cancellation of reservations

The amount of payment for the reservation is as follows: > 40% of the total price when the reserved period to less than one month.

Second Payment

Inputs and outputs

On arrival, must:

Present DNI of all tenants.

Pay rest rent (if no payment has been made previously).

Pay the fee GENCAT (0.45 € x tenant and day), except those under 16 years.

Bed linen and towels

The apartments are rented without bedding or towels. If any customer need, you may help manage this service on payment of 10 € x person x day.

Extra items

appliances that the tenant required, (microwave, fan, mixer), notice at the time of booking will be provided.

The apartments do not have air conditioning or heating.


The occupants of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza apartments receive a command to access the outdoor parking of the apartments.

Customers are entitled to park a car per apartment if they find free site.


In the apartments no input pets allowed. Is also prohibited them access to the garden of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza.
